Hello, and welcome to The Grant Liaison! We are thrilled to introduce you to the heart and soul behind this business, Lisa F. Eaves. Lisa is a seasoned Grants and Contracts Administrator with over two decades of expertise in grants management and nonprofit operations. Her career has been dedicated to advancing community impact and creating meaningful connections between organizations and the resources they need to thrive. Currently based in Atlanta, Georgia, Lisa has an extensive background in federal grants management, policy implementation, and budget planning. Her work spans a wide range of sectors, including nonprofits, government agencies, and community organizations. Throughout her career, Lisa has developed a reputation for her deep knowledge, problem-solving skills, and commitment to excellence. Before founding The Grant Liaison, Lisa held senior leadership positions with organizations such as the Georgia Council on Developmental Disabilities (GCDD), where she served as the Senior Director of Operations. Lisa’s experience also extends to Georgia Emergency Management (GEMA), where she worked as a Grants Management Specialist, processing FEMA grants and ensuring compliance with federal regulations. Additionally, she served as the Director of Academic Success at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta, improving educational outcomes for youth and fostering community engagement. Lisa has consistently worked to empower organizations to achieve their missions while ensuring compliance with both state and federal guidelines.
